New Hot Water Heater (upgrade to tankless)

I got one over a year ago. Spendy. They had to put in some new pipes for the air. And you should get it flushed every year (several hundred dollars). You can do that yourself once you learn how to do it.

When taking a shower the slightest move of the shutoff valve affects the water temperature. When the hot water isn't being used there is no gas usage. Rated good buy.

All roofers are not the same. I got some excellent shingles and the roofer did several things that other rofers don't do in the neighborhood. Spendy but rated worth it.

It's easy for people to forget how costly it is to maintain a house. After I replace my furnance and air conditioner the refrigerator, stove, and garage door spring will most likely be the next to go. The electric garage heater was cheap to buy but spendy to install. Well worth it.

Top four are a must.

Put off doing the 15 years and now starting to cave in a spot. I just thrown old steel roofing over the hole before winter. So that's a now a must. Put it off way too long.

Big tractor, need that to work the fields. Stupid thing died yesterday. They always break when they are paid off

Hot water heater. We have no hot water because our hot water heater died last march and I said I'm paying their rip off prices. So I am building my own. Almost done. Don't mind heating water up on the fire, but it does get old to take a bath
