I couldn't explain it better.
I want to bring an example of my Tai Chi practice. So most people think of Tai Chi as that super slow moves. But it's a martial arts. After a long time of practice I begin to see... it's 90% slow moves. And there's a 10% of really fast hard beatings, punches, kicks, elbow strikes, etc
The moral of the practice is, yes be fierce and focused and target hard. But that'd be your 10%. Let the other 90 be soft, joyous, relaxed. The way to achieving mastery 🔥
