So in my experience the secret is like the destination, you still have to take the steps to get there. But it does help from getting aimless and wasting your time on things that don't mean anything to you. Like Jack Sparrows compass if you've ever seen the pirates of the Caribbean movies. Yar
Of course it is. But there is something to this knowing hat you want, thinking positively about it ( and everything else in your life) and making changes due to your new attitude that help bring things into your life that you want.
