Raised Beds

One of my passions is growing our food and my Everlasting flowers.
This old gray mare ain't what she use to be.
Anymore by the time I get done weeding on my knees, or bent-in-to... from working my gardens... lordy be I feel broke ..lol
Oh dear... so that's going to cease. Not gardening, of course.
My goal is to continue growing our foods, so.. these containers will be the beginning to my new raised beds.

That is a very good idea.

@SweetMae hi Mae .. thanks. Trying to grow old gracefully lol. Anywayssssss..the soil here is mainly sand. With these containers..which do have spouts.. I can use rock on the bottom, then put decomposing trees debris from out of the woods and then fill it up with top soil. Keep the rabbit out and I'm placing the containers in the fenced in garden spot to keep deer away. I am happy about all this.
Thanks again!

@ShadowWorker That is a very creative solution. I hope you have a little help with moving things.

@SweetMae they are already in place. They really weren't heavy. I had a salad garden this year. Almost over... lettuces, spinach, onions, radish, carrots, and sweet peas. Only thing left is the Butternut squash and 30 Sunflowers. 😎
