But it is hard to just delete all the memories and reboot your brain.
Time lessens the pain. so Its better wait to as much you want to.

Instead of looking for your ex specifically, try working out what aspects of his personality you were attracted to, and look for that in new partners. It's okay for a new partner to have similar qualities as the previous one, as long as you see them as separate individuals
