what the best answer for "tell me about yourself"?

Begin with where you’re at currently, your job title and how long you’ve been there. Then, talk about your previous job, and then the prior ones succinctly. Followed by with why you’re looking to get a job in the field you’re interested in(mention briefly your aptitude for it) and specifically why this job ( with this company) you’re interviewing for and why. The more specifics you offer the less you’ll be asked in some cases :) And they only want professional background info for this answer, not personal background.
