What do you think?

So I was thinking, why don't we set wages based upon the profits of a business? Like the more money a business earns for the fiscal year, the higher the wages of the workers? Wouldn't this encourage workers to give their best and hang on to a job? It would also mean more fair wages for the amount of work done and somewhat close the separation of wealth between the upper class and lower class. What do you guys think?

Eh. I think if they did away with salary or made it more realistic interms of pay to work. Like I work more than 12hrs a day and I make less than some dude flipping burgers making 12$ an hour

@Prometheus careful what you wish for, Amazon saved a bunch of money by giving all employees raises... no more bonuses and stricter break and absentee rules

Eh. I figure it's a little different for me since I'm in the military..so it's hurry up and wait..or we are busy busy with stuff going on all the time. I wouldn't mind a change but I'm content because I am not knowledge enough about economics and how it all works to give a opinion worth anything
