@cherokeepatti Really? I never recall details from dreams. At most, they are vague impressions of images. I wish I could remember more about my dreams.

@IAmJess The only thing that calms them down is taking St. Johns wort with Rosemary, that combo is a good anti-inflammatory. Then when I dream none of them seem creepy.
