Would you rather have big goals and fall short or small goals that don't stretch or challenge you?

Oh goodness, I need big goals that I can take daily steps toward. As long as you have markers to see your progress, it's so much more worthwhile to stretch yourself and risk failure than succeed at things that don't really matter in the end. Consistency is key, even if you start slowly. I'm still learning this lesson, I feel I'm being schooled on it daily, right now, actually. Thanks for the question. :)
