How long since you wished on a star?

No, it may not help but your clarity sometimes is more clear.
When I was a child, I would seek out the brightest star. I would close my eyes and imagine how my wish might unfold. The curtains didn't open, and I was back the next night with the same wish.
It was simply a dream. A hope that one day my fairy tale might come true. *** I don't give up easily. My dreams as well as my writings will continue.
For the moment, my writings lay alone on a shelf in my brain.
The abused kidnaped child will simply have to wait.

I wished on a shooting star less than a month ago. I don't believe in anything mystical or spiritual but looking to the sky and voicing my thoughts was cathartic.

@PinkMoon My Dear, You fail to know the meaning of *A Wish* It is Hope and Wonder and Discovery. All that in a mere spec of time, YOU were a part of. Be it a part of a beginning or a discovery YOU took part of it's beginning. We plant a seed. We water it. We tend the ground. Perhaps leave a marker in case others want to know what is this? The earth produces far more than food. Concider the blossoms as well a the Flora. Every day check your garden to see if nature has given you yet another. Each day we step out our front door we have a choice to make OUR stance.LOL too often I type out words that end up becoming like a plate of Scrambled eggs.
I believe I am trying too hard to sound intelligent of which I know I am not! I hope your afternoon will be one worth it's memories.
