Goals

I would like to set some goals for myself....I want to get to sleep earlier and wake up earlier...I should drink decaf coffee in the afternoons instead. But first I gotta buy some! Second goal I need to get my injection by tomorrow I'm already 13 days late! This is why I am all out of whack! 3rd goal I need to go to the gym again now that I have a membership. 4th goal I need to slowly get back on top of my household greatest challenge greatest goal...How hard can it be being a housewife and mom!? Thank God my husband gets the kids off to school or we would all be in trouble! If only I could get my sleep wake schedual back on track then I could do the rest no problem....good nite
