I did it!

Today, I managed to pull of the impossible - for myself that it is. :D It could be easy for you, but it wasn't for me. Today I am at my strongest I've ever been in my life.

I ran freak'n' 5 miles today! xD And this is coming from a girl who once weighed 250... Basically, started from the bottom and climbing my way to the top. :p

Next you gotta hit 10 miles. :P

Although, incidentally, you can get the same workout done in 10-20 minutes with high intensity interval training. You'll feel like you're dying, but it'll save a lot of time.

@Tatsumi So true! HIIT is incredibly effective to improving endurance! It's amazing. :D
