How much of your free time do spend only on matters that energize you?

I spend nearly all of it and I’m fortunate that I’m in a stage of life where I have some free time

I would say nearly all of it as well. I am working a bunch right now, but outside of work I'm either with my fiance, at my tkd studio, at the women's shelter, or on the water. And those four things all pretty much energize me. :)
