How many of you have renovated 100 yr old houses?

I've been trying to gut and re-do my kids' bedroom for six months. Its do or die time now! Im having an ulnar release (surgery) on my arm Dec 23. So...I'm tired of every damn thing being held up! Im starting it on my own. 💪 Wish me luck and intestinal fortitude. 😱

I completely renovated my 1922 home... did all the work myself excluding the HVAC, about 50% of the electrical, and a little of the plumbing.

Took me a lonnnnnnnnnnnng time and spent... well, I lost track of how much I spent, but it was a wad and a half.

Most rewarding experience ever.
