Wow! looking good! I am using the OPTAVIA diet. It really works, you can look into it, too... the claim for the average person is I think 12-15 pounds, but there is other diet alternatives on the site that you can utilize like OPTAVIA fit. They also have a personal coach with the program. The program diet that I am using called 5 in 1, costs around $500.00, though, that's the only downside!!
