I got bribed by two different groups to lose weight or go walking.

one of the private trackers I use is offering free ratio per every 5 kgs lost and I'm also using Sweatcoin.

Which i've noticed as a Fitness app has strippers that you can pay off.

Generating nearly 10 sweatcoins every day.

Today I managed to rack up 5827 steps.

Third day.

Over 2 and a half miles apparentally.

I also started taking Kale supplement and Am drinking more water because I'm hearing that Exercise and Water can lower appetite and cold water since it cools you off forces the body to produce heat so it actually helps speed up metabolism.

So I've been drinking. I also know that they say to eat something as soon as possible upon waking up because your metabolism slows down while you sleep.

I also finally started taking doctors advice and enabled night light mode tonight to reduce blue light before bed.'

I weighed in at 217.5 at the start and am already down to 216.5 pounds
