@SinlessOnslaught That is true but if you try it and it fails it will hurt more than if you never tried because then you could speculate about the outcome.
I don't know what it will bring but he was enthusiast about my cv. I mean, that is something I guess?
I can't phatom that he would take this time for me out of his busy agenda if he really wasn't interested. Right?

@BreakfastGirl If you never took the chance, you would be stuck wondering if it's possible. The door is already either open or closed. You're just brave enough to check.

And yes, it's a good sign. If he knows what you're meeting him about.

Ignore him, say your thing and walk away. The more you try to convince the more likely he won't be convinced

Most likely he is not a good manager. A good manager would ask you how can I make your life easier so that you can be more efficient



Just use your feminine skills. Be nice and kind, say firm. As i said you just tell you think and walk away. Nagging would make things worse.

The guy is honestly terrible as a manager.
Often times he is not even available when you need him.

I will tell them that if I don't get my transfer, that I will just go for another company that wants to make me an offer in the area I want to.

I just don't get why he is being so annoying about it.

It seems that sometimes if you perform too good in your job in one area, they won't allow you to be promoted to another area out of fear that the succeeder will not take their job as seriously as the predecessor.


I can not emphasize how much this guy made my life a hell already.
I worked every day of my vacation to prove my performance. When he sent urgent requests, I immediately handled them.

Often times I have a feeling he doesn't even care about looking into people's specific skillset and where they would be best used.

He just immediately tried to shut my promotion down.

I feel kept hostage in the department I work in currently.
I mean , why would it be my problem that they don't have enough resources?
If I qualify for the transfer I should get it, regardless of their lack of resources.

I hope I will be able to ring through to the CEO tomorrow.
I will be firm and stern in communicating my wants.

After all, good talent is difficult to find so it would also be a plus for them to keep me at the company.
I mean, I work 10 hours a day and am only paid for 8 hours.

If that doesn't show dedication, I don't know.

@BreakfastGirl save the same thing you typed here and send an email to the CEO. You can't accept harrasment and second class behaviour in workplace

Also writing to CEO might not change anything but it would make you feel better. Go for it
