Okay, I normally do not get myself into religious debates but I have to tell you that you are being miss lead. Tarot cards are in no way shape of form like voodoo dolls or ouijaboards. Tarot Cards were in fact a card game in the late 15th century, that is why there are major cards (Kings, Queens, Jack ect.) And Minor cards (10s,9s,8s, 7s, ect.) Then people started to do what is call, "divine readings" with every day poker card. Oh of course they saw these mystical looking playing cards and went "Ooowww shiny and magical" so that is why Tarot Cards are more popular. So you were right, it's JUST paper. Sorry to bust your bubble. xD

Tarot Cards, Playing Card, Dice, and Dominoes were all once popular for divine readings. And like the name says "DIVINE Readings" are meant to be used to talk to the divine, who ever that is for you. Not talk to ghosts or anything else. Also, they were never meant to "read the future to tell you of your fate". No it was originally designed to say "Hey (divine name here) I am ...blah blah blah ... is there anything I should look out for?" or "Excuse me (Name here again) but could you give me advice on...?" You know what I mean?

Lastly, even though I gave you a reading I have to say some fortune tellers and psychics are evil! So just be careful when asking for readings. They prey on the weak and faint of heart to make themselves more rich. Some are honestly great people who just want to help others but those ones are hard to fine. Fortune tellers and psychics, not this is just what I think personally, are something I don't want to be associated with so I call myself a D Reader. I actually learned the term "D Reader" when talking to other people who do the same thing. So yeah sorry to butt in, I just had say something. Sorry
