Similar Match problem. I ran out of matches, board doesn't shuffle.

Soooooooooooooooo like, shouldn't the board reshuffle so I have matches? This has been my problem this whole time, I run out of matches and then I'm screwed on trying to get a high score.

I thought there was a trouble shooting/bug reporting category for the games on SW?
