I think it happened 2xs to me, but I’m positive it did this time b/c I screenshot it. I played the Math game and it didn’t save my high score(it’s been over an hour and a half).

Here’s the screenshot I took after b/c I thought it didn’t save another before but wasn’t sure.

Also, I can’t hold the pool stick right in that game, when it faces where I think I’m aiming, my finger is always covering it somehow 🤔 Maybe it’s my phone set up?

Thanks for reporting this issue.
We will definitely look into addressing this as quickly as possible.

It seems to be a bit sporadic/random,
I had several plays of that game today, and I believe my score saved correctly each time.

(We may see if we can compensate/adjust your score in this case, once we first address the issue.)

We are aware also of the difficulty in playing Billiards on Phone.

We will try to find a solution for this as well.

We've manually corrected your last score for now.

We still need to look into properly solving whatever was the cause of this mis-scoring.
Hopefully we'll have a fix in place soon.

I do wonder if the score simply didn't submit at all, instead of submitting wrong values of "704" and "702".

We recently fixed something in this and other games, that addresses failed server connectivity, which can cause scores to not submit properly.

@Andrew Thank you for your time.. I honestly think it just didn’t record that score somehow. Maybe something to do w/the back arrow processing it? I don’t know anything about that kinda stuff, but that did cross my mind.
