Do You Give Yourself A Crossword Score?

I.e. the number of clues solved over the total number?

These are not competition crosswords such as the huge and fiendishly hard one in the Radio Times (about 50 words), and you need complete those fully to stand a chance of winning, but those in my daily local paper.

They are of around 24 - 26 words and vary a lot in difficulty. I managed to complete today's, but that's rare. I average about two-thirds, but often manage less than half of the words!

I score my results only for a bit of fun!

Some samples from today, solved once I had roughly the letters shown here:

His subjects will get stuffed! (11) * A * I * * * * * S *

Crabs wandering around a beetle (6) S * * * A *

Small building to observe sleep. (4-3) * * U * - * * E

Small, small person gets pain from running (6) * T * * * H

And this one, the last I cracked when I had the letters here, and I am still puzzled by how it fits all the clue:

Official outer stream to thin out (6) R * R * F *

Stopped doing crossword puzzles when they started to push media hype.

That was decades ago.
