I am having a break from practice for the competition

Pole dancing requires a certain level of skill and creativity as well as commitment and strength. You develop these qualities as you practice, and at home in Ukraine 🇺🇦 I went to two different schools in Kyiv while I was at university and I had a pole set up in my boyfriend’s studio to keep up my skills and hone my technique.
