Child molestation is a crime, because the molester is harming whoever they are molesting.
Finding peeing / holding / whatever other fetish you want (or even just "being gay") is NOT a crime, because you are not harming anyone.
If you start living out your fetish in public however (e.g. for a nudist to strip in a mall) then you are getting into a grey area where you will get in trouble, rightfully so.
