Windows 7 was one of the best OS out there, it can play any computer game.

@amrit19901990 Doesn't mean it doesn't work in Windows, you can easily google to fix your issue. You are probably missing a windows update, which would include msvcr71.dll. It's easy to download the .dll file and extract it into your Windows/System32 folder.
