Most destructive handheld weapon in gaming history?

This can either be destructive as in can f**k one person up a lot or f**k a lot of people up at the same time.

@Fangirlsarah1996: yeah. I had an odd work schedule and unreal took a good while to recall. played so much of that game in 2000 era.
