Roblox is an ecosystem and platform and provides a tool kit so users can create thejr own games. They can then put them up in a community wide menu for people tl play. So if downlosd roblox there's just a mountain of games users have created. If you want, you can creste one as well.
Minecraft is sorta like playing with legos on a computer in a very vague and far sense. You mine and collect resources. Dirt, stone, wood, etc. Then you can build with them. You can also craft them into tools and items or mix them in ways to make new substances to build and craft with. You can get pretty complex with some of the materials and can even build logic circuits and various machines if you're invested in the in game technology and physics.
Or you can just select a certain mode that gives you full amounts of all the resources and all the crafted items and compound materials if you want to skip the harvesting, mining and crafting items and just want to build. Then it's almost exactly like playing with legos on a computer screen.
