I started playing this game and it makes me wait to play unless I want to buy gems.

Basically I play for a few minutes then I have to wait for 20 or 30 minutes, depending on what I'm doing, to play again.

If I bought gems I could use them to skip time waits but I'd be buying my way through the game.

It's a manipulative technique to get you to spend more than the game would normally sell for.

I basically can't just sit and play.
