Fun but slightly disturbing mobile game

Ive been playing this game I downloaded from Google Play called The Burnable Garbage Day. It had over 12k reviews and over 500k downloads. Ive had fun playing it but i think i found something disturbing in it. I took a screenshot so i could get a second opinion.
