What are some games with open worlds and open-ended gameplay?

Bored, want to do something mindless and play games.
Tired of the sims.
Have books, don't wanna read them. TV is boring. Gas is too high, outside is hot...

@SW-User I'm not into those types. I just want to be able to drive around a world at my leisure. Maybe do a mission, make money, complete a challenge. But not gta. Just wanna drive, sight see, not race.

I really like Elder Scrolls, like Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim.

IMHO : RDR2 is a good one, if you don't want to do anything you can just ride around and do things at your leisure. (Beautiful graphics)
