Indie Game Developer a good career?

I have been into Game development and totally a beginner.

I am travelling next week and will be travelling for a while.

Also, I am learning from Udemy, YouTube and other resources so can I hope for a good career in this as I am very much interested to develop Indie games and travel at the same time.

Currently = The Complete Unity Indie Game Developer Course by Dragan Neskovic, Jasmin Skamo

If any game developer or experienced person can give me some suggestion then I'll appreciate.
