I love that fucking meme to death Also a lot of games do but Final Fantasy and Fire Emblem spread the hotness around to guys too ;) I mean Kuja is basically naked and all the males in FF are attractive as hell usually and Fire Emblem is filled to the brim with hot guys (and girls)
@ShaythePanTransMan As debatable as this is, Dragon's Crown struck a good balance. Sure, the females were very exaggerated, but did they even see the male characters?
@raysam363 No way. From what I see, there’s only one attractive guy and it’s the Wizard and he’s dressed very modestly. The females are all (except for the cute Elf) grotesquely exaggerated. It’s not a balance at all unless there are more male characters I’m not seeing.
@ShaythePanTransMan Part of the point was the exaggeration. But once you got to the first boss, it was kill or be killed, damn the appearances. Also, this dude's waist is so tiny.
@raysam363 I think it’s kind of gross. I care very much about appearances in RPGs (I will flat out not use ugly characters even if powerful), so I would be very turned off from the game. What?! His waist doesn’t make him attractive! You can’t even see him and he’s so disproportionate.
@ShaythePanTransMan I just love reactions from that game. I'm actually pretty good at all but one character, people thought I played sorceress for two reasons, but in reality I was keeping everyone alive. Also, this hunk of manmeat right here: [image] His jump attack is a belly flop.
@ShaythePanTransMan I see beyond the physical my friend. He can chuck explosive barrels AND punch stuff. I mostly just love vanillaware art, they really put in the effort. You may like Odin Sphere's Oswald (pretty fun to play as well). But for now, one last image
