There was an orphan boy who went to the doctor one day because he was feeling ill.
Before the nurse could lead him to the waiting room the doctor stopped them both.
Doctor: nurse what are you doing?
Nurse: doctor, this boy needs to be seen
The doctor shook his head at the nurse.
Doctor: no I'm sorry I can't see him.
The nurse was confused
Nurse: why not?
Doctor: because I'm a family doctor!
