Which are the best story driven video games you've ever played?

@dragonfly46 I used to be a big fan of the AC games but not so much lately. The games are now more about a character and less or not at all about the world or brotherhood. It used to be our guy in the middle of the story not our guy the source of the story. In my opinion the ones with Ezio Auditore were the best AC games

@DrSunnyTheSkeptic Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece are depicted pretty accurately, the games are gorgeous to look at. In Odyssey, it was a time before the brotherhood exsisted. Odyssey is all about the character and their family. Even the sad ending was like watching a little movie. The weaponry is more customizable and instead of a slash and dash fighting style, it's more timing in movement. I played Witcher 3 just before and wondered if I'd ever find anything comparable. I was very pleasantly surprised. I do however agree with your assessment of Ezio. My son is a great fan.
