I like video games: Assassin's Creed
Okay, I wanna talk about this game without spoiling much...and without making a lengthy post (I'm lazy)
Style: I love the style, it looks good, I've a real girl boner for Ancient Greece so it's like 9/10 there.
Story: A little distant, it follows the same "kinda" themes as Origins, but the main character seems a lot more charismatic. 6/10 there.
Gameplay: This is where I have my problems, see it uses the same combat system as Origins minus the shield, so the NPCs you fight are "kinda" built around shield usage...but since the shield was removed it forces a more aggressive playstyle, which is good and all, but the game and the enemies don't seem suited to that, they bunch up a lot making attacking more about backpeddling to get the upper hand. 5/10 there.
The world: I'm torn on this, on the surface the world is huge with plenty to explore...but there's not much to it exactly. It's bigger but not deeper. 6/10
Endnote: I will say though from the first parts that I've played the game seems to emulate Black Flag in it's story and main character, though this time the motivation isn't *just* money.
I will say this is a snippet of my opinion...keep in mind that means this whole thing is entirely subjective, one person might hate the game another might love it to the end of the Earth, either way that's my 2 cents.
