@Eurydicekallos I just don't like to play video games much anymore. That and raiding was very time consuming. It was hard for me find a good raiding guild after my old guild broke up as guilds often do. I pugged some raids for a while. After we wiped on one boss everyone leaves and it takes FOREVER to find another tank, healer, or whatever we lost. This is time I could be using to do other things.

I do love Warcraft for its story, enviroments, music but the fact that I need to rely on so many people just ruins it for me. Thats the point of an MMO I guess.

@SW-User Ah, I understand that. I play a lot of quests and do raids like only every now and again for gear. Im not big into pvp normally and i love lore and stories. Partly why I agreed to try the game is because it reminded me some of Dungeon and Dragons and Pathfinder tabletop RPGs some.

My bf is the opposite and only quests as much as needs to and will dungeon or raid even pvp as soon as can. Which is also why he gets upset way more than me when playing haha so if you are more like him in how you played I can see it being annoying.

If you played more like me I can see the frustration adding up over time, especially if were used to your guild being able to do stuff pretty easily.

Sorry you left the community, at least for now. Im a big gamer but also have different hobbies too XD.

Im curious, what are some of the things you do now instead of stay in raid queues for half your life?

@Eurydicekallos I lift. I Study, Look for jobs, and Listen to music thats about it. While I don't have a full time job, I'm probably gonna look for more things to do so I don't go insane. Yeah the guild made things much easier for me. Still was hard was but it was okay at least.

I lost interest after Legion. I was so excited for Legion. Everything was amazing except it was way too time consuming and grindy for my tastes. Artifact weapons, Illidan and the demon hunters, Fighting the Titans on Argus. Thats huge stuff and I doubt it'll ever that big again. I think WoW is approaching its end tbh because they're running out of big things to introduce.

@SW-User Possibly..would make sense, I kinda hate demon hunters..havent found a saving grace yet in my game style.
What do you study? I am a biology major.

@Eurydicekallos They really had to pull out all the stops after WoD. Hated WoD. They lost half their player base but this was a time where I kept playing. Who knows if they even got it all back? They don't even report their figures anymore. Network Administration and Information Security is what I'm studying. I'm a senior.

@SW-User yeah WoD was bad XD I didnt know they dont report thier figures anymore, but I never really payed attention to that. And oh cool, so like you would make the security systems and firewall type stuff or?

@Eurydicekallos Yeah. Network engineering, network security, IT support. I've had two internships but I'm a bit worried about finding a steady job because the first 2 did not go well.
