Have you ever dropped $600-700 on a gaming console and accessories JUST so you can play one game?

I want the PS4 and a VR headset just so I can play Tetris Effect when that releases, and have zero interest in any other Playstation game. I have plans to buy it.

I only bought my PS3 because I wanted to play Gran Turimso 5...for 1 car that was on the game...

Hehe, I'd seen the car race in real life a few years before, and fell in love with it. Knowing it was going to be the closest I'd ever get to driving it, I had to get the game.

@Stripped That's completely respectable, man. I love when some people are so passionate about some small thing that really doesn't make a difference, but they do it because they love that small thing and not because it's a status symbol. I hate lootbox microtransaction stuff when one overly broken dlc character or similar is super expensive and can be bought with real money making it unfair, but I doubt that car has an extreme advantage over every other car.

I 100% want Tengen Tetris. Absolutely irrelevant to most people today, but Tengen holds a special place in my heart.

@TetrisGuy Well you have to take pleasure in the smaller things in life to be able to really appreciate everything around you.

@Stripped Oh yes, that is very true. To me, the most important things in my life are these two things:

1) The endless pursuit of knowledge and discovery
2) Tetris

As long as I have those two accessible to me, it's worth carrying on.

@TetrisGuy Those are respectable demands from life to be fair 😊

@Stripped Thankfully a good portion of knowledge is more or less free or at least very cheap, and there's plenty of free versions (and better versions) of Tetris out there. I only buy Tetris because I love him to bits (to 8 bits?) but if all else was lost even if all I had left was the simplest version of him I'd be content, perhaps.
