Why is zombies so addicting?

Can’t stand WW2 zombies so I’ve found myself back on black ops 3 zombies and I completely forgot how addicting it is

I used to play dead rising alot of a kid oh i loved slayer zombies in the mall and you can use anything in the mall to kill them.
