Will Franklin be a main character in GTA VI?

Rockstar does like to reintroduce old characters, and in V, Michael always says stuff to him like, “Maybe someday you can put together your own job”. Makes me wonder if they’ll have Franklin in the next one as a slightly older version of himself.
