I can't open Steam anymore! Help!

I double click the icon on my desktop but it doesn't open! And I can't even launch a steam game either!

Try opening task manager, look for something called steam bootstrapper or something like that, end that process. It should close every other steam process with it. Then try opening it again. Might work.

@Xuan12 If that doesn't work, just reboot your PC. If that doesn't work, reinstall steam.
