Suicide or Murder??

@Quizzical based on your deductions, everything you said can simply be explained. There is no substantial evidence shown on the surface that it's anything but a suicide.. that's why everything has to be catalogued and examined. No one has the data to determine whether it's a homicide or suicide from this information alone.. therefore everyone of you would of made critical mistakes in investigation 101...

@Deadcutie Were it a real situation rather than a shoddily drawn picture then I can assure you I would give it much more attention and have listed absolutely every detail, lol.

However, at it's most basic, if the stool does not reach the guy's feet then how is he supposed to have hanged himself? 🤔

@Quizzical you are assuming the stool didn't reach. Without measurements it's eyeball guessing at best and perspective is known to be fallible and deceiving. To me it looks close enough to be possible

@Quizzical assuming the drawing is accurate and to scale, if you look at the body's shadow , the feet are slightly above the bed.. you can determine this by the fact the body's shawdow does not intersect with the shadow of the bed...
Now looking at the height of the bed, you can notice that the stool's height is slightly higher than the bed as well..
