Murder. Sign of a struggle, second glass, and crutches. Also it looked like he was getting ready for his day when someone he knew showed up.

@Zer0Point doesn't indicate murder. Those cups could have been there days before. Crutches could be from old injury and just not put away. They mean absolutely nothing.
