What are the hardest video games to play melee only?

Note: These have to be realistic suggestions, such as including meleeing as a mechanic and/or including melee weapons of a sort.

This applies to anything with a combat triangle. I guess you could say something like Resident Evil or Silent Hill provided you don't use the strongest weapons.
