To block or not to block [I Had Lego Blocks]

I’ve never blocked anyone before. I don’t like the idea of shutting out people or closing off opposing points of view, but I am wondering if it would make my experience here a little more enjoyable. I dislike some of the negative posts that offer no redeeming qualities.
Your thoughts, pros and cons of blocking?

I agree with your sentiment about possibly missing out on a potential connection. How ironic though, you using the word gem considering I just did in my last comment.

I like that term "hidden gems"...that's kinda the way it feels so perhaps we shouldn't impulsively block. This post made me pose deep thought. Thanks for sharing.💛
