To block or not to block [I Had Lego Blocks]

I’ve never blocked anyone before. I don’t like the idea of shutting out people or closing off opposing points of view, but I am wondering if it would make my experience here a little more enjoyable. I dislike some of the negative posts that offer no redeeming qualities.
Your thoughts, pros and cons of blocking?

I don't block, but I can understand why others, particularly women, do block on SW.

@luckranger71 yes, just reading a few comments from women and what they deal with on here, it’s amazing any of them stay 😟
