To block or not to block [I Had Lego Blocks]

I’ve never blocked anyone before. I don’t like the idea of shutting out people or closing off opposing points of view, but I am wondering if it would make my experience here a little more enjoyable. I dislike some of the negative posts that offer no redeeming qualities.
Your thoughts, pros and cons of blocking?

I mute more often.

But if I see it’s a repetitive behaviour of stupidity and senseless talk (example: all they post is about their fetishes or showing their horny naked body), I don’t think twice about blocking.

I believe things are there for a reason.
Like the [Block Button].
We should use it wisely for a better use of our time online.

@CookieCrumbs as a few women have noted, the block/mute button can serve an altogether different function for them than for men. I can’t imagine what you have had to deal with on here. Well, I probably could but I don’t want to 🙈🙉🙊

I’ve had a lot of practice on EP with the block button. It allowed me to enjoy the site far longer than I would have had I not blocked people who cluttered my feed.

It’s my feed. It’s my time.
@CookieCrumbs My Feed. My Time.
You should sell that on a t-shirt 😂
