I never had a dishwasher growing up so this is a new experience at work.

Today I started taking the glasses out the dishwasher to stack in the cupboards anyways.

It really made me cringe.

I don't know if it was because my hands were too dry or if it's the soap cleaner used but picking each glass up, left me feeling odd.

The squeaky feeling almost resembled the feeling I got when someone puts their nails on a chalk board.

Yikes!

New found ick!

Is this normal? Have you experienced this too?

Ive never owned a dishwasher, and probably never will.
I know too many people that buy extra cutlery and crockery, and live out of the dishwasher, it never gets put back in the cupboard.

Hand washing all the way for me.

@jackjones68 I agree. Unfortunately my place of work has these. It's now part of my duties to take the cutlery etc out first thing in the morning.

@jackjones68 I have found a way to adapt. Just a vent post and to see if I was the only one to experience this. Thanks for the tip
