I never had a dishwasher growing up so this is a new experience at work.

Today I started taking the glasses out the dishwasher to stack in the cupboards anyways.

It really made me cringe.

I don't know if it was because my hands were too dry or if it's the soap cleaner used but picking each glass up, left me feeling odd.

The squeaky feeling almost resembled the feeling I got when someone puts their nails on a chalk board.

Yikes!

New found ick!

Is this normal? Have you experienced this too?

Nothing beats hand washing but a dishwasher is just so convenient.
Although I'm sure it leaves residue. 😝

@Lilymoon I only hand wash at home. No space for a dishwasher and tbh was never part of my kitchen appliance list.
It's annoying especially if there's pots and pans to get through. But you kinda don't miss what you never had.
