I’ll have to dive deeper into those letters soon because I’m so invested in the story of Mary Belle, who speaks Latin and has handwritten poetry within these pages, her friend Jeanette, and whoever Nickey and Anne are. …Anne writes letters on her knee, which made me inner teenage me smile so much.
