I have time travel idea to make time machine

I have discovered time machine design but I don't have money ,how I will give that design to scientists,help please ? My theory - assume that you have element with 290 protons zero electrons and 305 neutrons(it's stable ratio is 1.05 ), and this will heaviest element ever when we create fan like structure with this element not too sharp and (it's about 6 feet long each blade )then we can connect it to my powerful electromagnetic motor that's only works with electromagnet and any current but I suggest ac and then i will connect it with step up Transformer and that power will sufficient to balance fan arms of this machine? Remember that rotor rod is made up of this element in my motor ,so due to this we know that theory of relativity shows us that if space fabric will bend downwards then we can easily travel to future but it's not exact time travel because in this time travel we can't see ourselves in past and future it's just time skipping method,and if space fabric will bend upwards then we can easily travel to past and we know that heavy nucleus means high gravitational forces and we are done .
