@Rokasu oh yes I know her very well. Caffeine does help a little

@Colddeadhands Doc gave me some digestive muscle relaxers. That seems to do the trick at the cost of some mental clarity. I didn't want to be able to focus during meetings anyways.

@Rokasu I try using over the counter laxatives but they just make my stomach hurt after a little while. So I just let nature take its toll on my aging body.
